The Pilot That Just Died In A Plane Crash, See What He Did Before He Died That Made Him A Hero
Nigerians were left in a state of mourning after terrible news broke in that an aircraft belonging to the Nigerian Air Force crashed in Abuja with six people feared dead. According to a report from Sahara Reporters, the aircraft departed Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja at 10:33 am with six persons on board, including 2 crew members.
The journey that was meant to be a journey of several minutes or hours turned out to be a journey of eternity. The aircraft according to the report experienced a failure in its engine at 10:39 am and crash-landed on the final approach path of Abuja runway 22 at 10:48 am.
According to a report from The Punch Newspaper, an eyewitness has narrated how the pilot’s heroic act prevented what would have been more catastrophic. The eyewitness said in an interview that the pilot struggled in his bid to land away from the residential area.
